I tried to return this and they asked if I resell it to someone else. Thewy would not process a refund. Horrible! Completely unopened and they would not take it back. Don't buy.

I purchased the dual battery chair. The directions supplied were for the one battery chair. I contacted them to learn how to charge and use the second battery. I can remove the second battery to charge, but it's very difficult to switch between the batteries on the chair due to the connector location for handicapped people and a very tight connection wire. The company was extremely responsive and great to work with. They provided help quickly and listened and responded well. They provided a solution and took the feedback to redesign the chair for handicapped users.

Our main concern was the absence of rear brakes. We decided to go forward with the purchase after reading multiple reviews. This is day 2 for my Mom, and so far so good. She loves it.
