Tivaro currently offers shipping only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or unsupported remote delivery areas.

Title to products and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout or upon confirmed receipt where a signature is required.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Tivaro is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Refund eligibility, return windows, non-returnable items, return shipping costs, and refund processing timelines are governed by our published Refund Policy.
If you experience any issue with your order, you agree to contact Tivaro first at service@tivaro.us to allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
