How to Use a Discount Code at Checkout

Using a discount code is an easy way to save on your order. Whether you are shopping on your phone or on a computer, you can enter your discount code during checkout before placing your order.

How to Use a Discount Code on Mobile

If you are shopping on your phone, you can apply your discount code during the mobile checkout process.

Step 1: Add your favorite items to the cart

Browse the store on your mobile browser and choose the products you would like to purchase. Select any required options, such as size, color, or quantity, then tap Add to Cart.

Step 2: Go to checkout

After adding your items, tap the cart icon to view your cart. Check that the products and quantities are correct, then tap Checkout to continue.

Step 3: Find the discount code field

On the checkout page, look for the field labeled Discount code, Gift card or discount code, or Promo code.

On mobile, this field may appear near the top of the checkout page or inside the order summary section. If you do not see it right away, scroll up or down on the checkout page.

Step 4: Enter your discount code

Type or paste your discount code into the discount code box. Make sure the code is entered exactly as shown, without extra spaces before or after it.

Step 5: Tap Apply

After entering the code, tap Apply. If the code is valid, the discount will be applied to your order automatically.

Step 6: Check your updated total

Before placing your order, check the order summary to make sure the discount has been deducted from your total.

Step 7: Complete your order

Once the discount has been applied successfully, enter your shipping and payment information, then complete your purchase.

How to Use a Discount Code on Desktop

If you are shopping on a computer, you can enter your discount code on the checkout page.

Step 1: Choose your products

Visit the online store using your desktop browser. Browse the products and choose the items you want to buy.

Step 2: Add items to your cart

Select the product options you need, such as size, color, or quantity, then click Add to Cart.

Step 3: Open your cart

Step 7: Click Apply

Click the Apply button next to the discount code field. Once the code is accepted, the discount will appear in your order summary.

What to Do If Your Discount Code Does Not Work

If your discount code cannot be applied, here are a few things you can check:

• Check that there are no extra spaces before or after the code.
• Confirm that the code has not expired.
• Make sure your order meets the minimum purchase requirement.
• Check whether the code only applies to selected products.
